Working Around Your Schedule
Although the backflow test does not take very long, we must turn the water off for a few minutes while we perform the test or repair. With that being said, A-1 Backflow Testing LLC will work around any schedule to minimize any inconvenience. Please ask to set a specific time that best fits best with your schedule.
Taking Care Of All Paper Work
Backflow testing requires a good amount of paperwork. We request a copy of the backflow notice issued from the water district to help assist us with the location of the assemblies and the make and model of the assemblies that needs to be tested. Once the test or repair is completed, we will submit our report to the water district and supply the customer with their own copy. We are required to keep the reports on file for three years. If in the event the backflow test fails, we will notify the owner or manager within 24 hours and the water district with in three days. At that point we have 10 days to get the repair done and submit a passing report. Please call us to schedule an appointment!!
